Rachel Barnhart

Rachel helps alcoholics and addicts rebuild their lives after addiction, including a step-by-step, paint-by-numbers relapse prevention plan that the alcoholic/addict creates with me to keep their focus on emotional and physical sobriety. I’m uniquely qualified because I am an alcoholic who is in recovery. I understand better than anyone. I created a great life and I will show you how, too.

My coaching helps anyone with:

  • Grief
  • Addiction
  • Surviving Trauma
  • Negative Self-Talk
  • Depression and Anxiety

I’ve overcome all this and more. If you do the minimum amount of work, you will see results.

Recovery coaching

Recovery coaching is strength based help for people with addictions or people in recovery from addiction, codependency, stress and anxiety. A Recovery coach helps the addict rebuild their lives after addiction. My coaching is complete with a personalized relapse prevention plan as well as support during early recovery. I help alcoholics and addicts with potentially challenging situations such as going to work, relationships, triggers, identifying triggers, attending business meetings and family gatherings all while providing encouragement, support and accountability. As a coach who’s in recovery, I understand the difficulties and what it takes to get sober. It’s my job to help you find happiness while in recovery – bc what’s the point of getting sober if you’re not going to enjoy it. Without happiness, Recovery isn’t lasting.

Recovery and Life Skills Session Topics

My addiction and recovery coaching sessions are available hourly, daily, and numerous days per week. My coaching is offered over the phone, via video conference, and through face-to-face meetings.
